Fall Photography: Part I

I can't seem to get enough this year!  When plans for a quick trip to New England fell through - I suddenly felt panicked that I would let another Fall go by without experiencing the grandeur.  I guess I forget each year just how amazing this season it is right here in River City!  --err---the Big Apple! 

So enjoy it through my eyes!  We are awaiting the arrival of Mother only two weeks away!
I'm trying to bribe the trees into a slow turn in color...come on - just 2 weeks!

Sisters in the City (Part I)

Getting caught up!  Back a few weeks - Labor Day marked the 2nd annual Sisters in the City weekend! A visit from Katherine kicked off a month of fun for me.

Pictures are only allowed on the ground floor...we learned that pretty quickly!

I maintain that one of the most thrilling rides is the transverse bus across Central Park. 
The way the drivers speed up and take the turns between the brick walks is enough to make you piddle!

We got our fill of public transportation!

A Lazy Saturday

But she still needs to keep an eye out on all of the action outside the dressing room.
